ImOnMail.com Conversion

As a reminder, ImOn upgraded the ImOnMail email service by migrating to a new Webmail platform. With the new Webmail platform, you can look forward to an email and online storage capacity of 15Gb as well as convenience, efficiency, and organization.

During the upgrade, ImOn will move all of your existing emails and settings over to the new platform. You can, however, continue to send and receive email as always.
You can continue to access the upgraded webmail platform by logging into webmail at https://imonmail.com/. You will notice your user interface looks somewhat different (see below).  You can find more information about the basics of the new platform HERE


As part of our new Email Spam Solution, you will now begin receiving a "Daily Digest" email with a link to access your spam email, or any emails that have been quarantined due to the threat of spam. These are safe emails and will contain only content related to your email.  If you have questions, please see our SPAM FAQ.

If you use an email client (Outlook, MacMail, Thunderbird, etc), please ensure that the username and email address fields contain your full email address (i.e. myemail@imonmail.com).  This applies to devices including PCs, laptops, tablets & smartphone. After the conversion, using just your userID (for example, "myemail") in this field may cause email interruptions.

How to Reset your ImOnMail Password

  1. Go to https://userportal.imonmail.com/.
  2. Enter your ImOnMail Email username and password. 


  3. Once you have logged in, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.


  4. On the left-hand side of the screen, select the option for "Change Password".
  5. Enter your current password and your new password then push the blue "Change Password" button.
