We're Moving!

On March 2, 2019, ImOn Communications will be moving to our new location. 

Our NEW ImOn Customer Care and offices will be located at 101 3rd Avenue SW on the 4th floor of the old People's Bank building.

Below is a map showing where our new location will be in comparision to our current location and important details about the move.

What you need to know:

  • Due to our move, the ImOn Customer Care front desk at the Great American Building location will be closing at 2pm on Friday, March 1st, and reopening at our new location at 101 3rd Avenue SW, #400 at 9am on March 2nd. Please note phone calls into the ImOn Customer Care Center will still be answered during our normal call center hours:
      • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
      • Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
      • Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
     
  • Starting March 2nd, the Great American location will no longer be open and taking payments, equipment drop off and pick up and other customer related services. Everything will be located at our new location, the 4th floor at 101 3rd Avenue SW.
     
  • The payment drop-off box located in the parking lot outside of the Great America Building (625 1st Street SE) will be moved to our new location (101 3rd Avenue SW) on March 4th. The new payment drop-off box will be located right outside the entrance to the building. 
     
  • At our new location, ImOn Customer Parking will be available in the parking lot on the south side of the building and on the street.
     
  • The elevator to the 4th floor will be open during normal Customer Care Front Desk hours: Monday-Thursday: 9am-6pm, Friday: 9am-5pm, and Saturday 9am-Noon.
