The ImOn Customer Care Call Center can assist with billing, service changes, technical support, and any other questions you have about your ImOn services. The ImOn Customer Care Call Center is open during the following hours:

            • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
            • Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
            • Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

The ImOn Customer Care office is located in downtown Cedar Rapids, on the first floor of the Great America Building 625 First Street SE, Suite 100, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. At the front desk, you can make payments, return equipment, or get information about your account and services. The ImOn Customer Care Front Desk is open during the following hours:

            • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
            • Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
            • Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Technical support is available 24/7 by calling 319-298-6484. They will be able to provide you with Internet, cable TV and phone technical assistance, along with outage or emergency issues. Account and billing questions can only be addressed during normal business hours (listed above) by calling the ImOn Customer Care Call Center.
