MAY 17th UPDATE: The digital transition is now complete. We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked through this transition. The ImOn engineers have fixed all known issues, and all cable TV channels should now be restored in the new digital format.

If you have not rebooted your ImOn provided cable box or performed a channel rescan on your TVs with built in digital tuners, you may need to so at this time in order to receive all of the channels. If you are still experiencing issues or need assistance, please contact ImOn Customer Care at 319-298-6484.

The ImOn Customer Care Call Center can assist with billing, service changes, technical support, and any other questions you have about your ImOn services. The ImOn Customer Care Call Center is open during the following hours:

            • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
            • Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
            • Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

The ImOn Customer Care office is located in downtown Cedar Rapids, on the fourth floor of the old People's Bank building, 101 3rd Avenue SW, Suite 400, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. At the front desk, you can make payments, return equipment, or get information about your account and services. The ImOn Customer Care Front Desk is open during the following hours:

            • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
            • Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
            • Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Technical support is available 24/7 by calling 319-298-6484. They will be able to provide you with Internet, cable TV and phone technical assistance, along with outage or emergency issues. Account and billing questions can only be addressed during normal business hours (listed above) by calling the ImOn Customer Care Call Center.
